Yaxhá is a Maya site on a lake in Petén, and the ways to get there from Flores that we found published are a tour that includes the transport, or your own car. The cheapest published option is Adrenalina Tours’ daily sunset tour at USD 35; the park entry is extra. Meeting points. Adrenalina’s sunset tour picks up and drops off at the I love Peten letters in Flores; its Tikal + Yaxhá day picks up at your hotel in Flores. The Nomades listing gives the I love Peten sign on 6th Avenue as the meeting point, while its description also says it picks you up at your hotel; ask which applies when you book.
Booking rules. Nomades accepts bookings up to one day ahead and refunds in full on cancellations made at least 48 hours before the start; later cancellations are not refunded. Adrenalina’s terms say services under USD 300 are paid in full at the time of booking.
Sunset timing and the park’s hours
CONAP publishes the park’s hours as 08:00-17:00, Monday to Sunday. The sellers’ schedules run later:

None of these pages explains how a sunset visit fits CONAP’s 17:00 closing. If the sunset is the point, ask the seller how late its group stays.

The entry can be paid in advance at Banrural branches, per Guatemala’s state news agency AGN. None of the three tours above includes it.
Driving yourself
CONAP’s route: from Flores take the paved road toward Melchor de Mencos for 62 km to the community of La Máquina, then 11 km of dirt road in good condition. CONAP’s estimate is 1 hour 15 minutes.
