About This News Aggregator
This aggregator collects real-time headlines from Guatemala's top news outlets. Stories are pulled directly from each source's official RSS feed and automatically refreshed every 15 minutes. We do not edit or modify headlines -- we simply organize them in one place for easy access to what is happening in Guatemala right now.
Sources include: Prensa Libre (highest circulation newspaper), La Hora (the country's oldest newspaper, founded 1920), Emisoras Unidas (top radio broadcaster), Guatemala.com (lifestyle and culture news), and Guatevision (TV news). Every headline links directly to the original article on the source's website.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often are headlines updated?
The site’s automated data job is scheduled to collect the headlines once a day; a run can land late or be skipped, so check the date of the last update in the page title.
What news sources are included?
The collector is set up for five Guatemalan outlets: Prensa Libre, Soy502, República, La Hora and Publinews. An outlet whose feed fails on a given day is skipped: the October 9, 2026 update carried headlines from Prensa Libre, República, La Hora and Publinews, with Soy502 failing.
Can I filter news by category?
Yes. Use the category tabs to filter by Nacional, Economy, Sports, Culture, Opinion or World, or choose All to see every headline at once.
Is this page available in Spanish?
Yes. Visit our Spanish version at /es/noticias/ for the same news aggregator with Spanish interface labels.
