What those room descriptions include
At Cocorí, Dorm Manglar has fans and a single bed with an ocean view from the second floor. Dorm Sirena’s description includes air conditioning, its own bathroom, electricity plugs and small lockers. Bungalow Sapo is open-air, under a thatched roof, with a fan. The booking cards prohibit minors under 18, including on accommodation described as suitable for families or groups; that restriction matters more than the room’s marketing description.
At Swell, La Cabanita lists a private bathroom and shower. The Swim-Up Suite lists air conditioning, a private indoor sofa lounge, private bathroom and garden shower, with a terrace opening directly onto the pool. Casita Escondida lists a queen bed, sofa and TV, workspace, full kitchen, private exterior terrace with hammock, and a garden shower with hot water.
Swell’s room policies, checked 25 October 2026, say a 22% sales and tourism tax is added to the listed total. They also say prices can change without notice until a reservation is confirmed. The starting amounts above are therefore not presented as final payable totals.

The overview and individual pages for the Tipi, Superior, dormitories and Deluxe are retained separately because neither tariff can be assumed to apply to a future booking. Swell’s room descriptions distinguish pool access, garden views and glimpses of the sea; those details are more specific than assuming a beachfront position from the destination name.
Surf-camp packages and construction conditions
Zoah’s individual surf-camp page, checked 25 October 2026, lists 5 nights of accommodation with breakfast, 5 surf lessons, a personal instructor, surfboard, lycra and leash, a private air-conditioned room with private bathroom, coffee and water. The heading describes 5 days, while the inclusions specify 5 nights. The page does not give a numeric package price or a validity year; the itinerary and written total need confirmation before payment. Paredon Surf House’s homepage, checked 25 October 2026, advertises a renovation stay with 15% off accommodation, breakfast, a welcome drink, and access to the beach, restaurant and surf activities.
