Farmacias Occidente (3020-9038) on Calzada Kaibil Balam in Zona 11 is open 24 hours – a rarity outside Guatemala City. For late-night needs, this is your best option. Farmacias Batres stays open until 11 PM as a second option.

Historic Pharmacy

Farmacia La Moderna has been serving Huehuetenango since the late 1800s and also operates as a general store (comisariato). It is a Huehuetenango institution worth visiting for its history alone.
